Window tints are always fitted to the inside of the glass. This keeps the film protected and gives a seamless finish. You may see installers apply film to the outside, but that's just the initial shaping stage before fitting to the inside.

You choose on the day. We have a sample board in the office showing each shade fitted to real glass so you can see exactly how each one looks.

5% Limo Black: the darkest legal option for rear windows. Maximum privacy.
20% Factory Tint: looks factory-fitted, our most popular shade.
30% Subtle Smoke: balanced privacy with visibility.
50% Light Smoke: cuts heat and glare without visibly darkening the glass.

No. UK law only restricts front side windows, which must let at least 70% of light through. Rear windows can be tinted any shade you like and stay road legal. We never tint front windows below the legal limit.

We recommend leaving them up for 5 days while the film bonds to the glass. In an emergency they'll still roll down as normal, but try to avoid it where possible. After 5 days, you're fine to use them as usual.

Yes, it's fully reversible. We can remove tints for you (call for a price), or you can peel it off yourself and use glue remover to strip the adhesive. Defroster lines, MOT compliance, no problem on any of it.

It depends on the spec. Simple kits and styling packs can be done in a day. Full Urban builds with wheels, kit and seat conversion typically take 3 to 5 working days. We'll give you a clear timeline once we've agreed the spec.

Yes. We fit genuine ScotSeat M1 crash-tested three-seater rear benches. They're fully insurance approved and the leather is matched to your OEM front seats. We hold them in stock for same-week booking.

Around 3.5 to 4 hours at our Durham workshop. £1,000 deposit secures your slot, with the balance paid on installation. Prices start from £2,900 + VAT for Defender 90 and 110.

Vinyl wrap changes the colour or finish of your car (gloss to satin, full colour change, dechroming). PPF is a clear, self-healing protective film that takes stone chips, scratches and bug damage so your paint doesn't. Both can be done together.

Premium vinyl wrap typically lasts 5 to 7 years when properly maintained. PPF lasts 8 to 10 years. Both can be removed without damaging the original paint underneath, so you can change colour again or return to factory finish.

Window tints come with a lifetime warranty against bubbles, peeling, fading and colour change. If anything goes wrong, we'll re-fit free of charge, no questions asked. The warranty is backed by the film manufacturer and supplied to you with your receipt and warranty card.

A clean car helps but isn't vital. The exterior just needs to be free of caked-on mud, and we'll thoroughly clean the windows inside before fitting. If you're getting wrapping or PPF, give it a proper wash beforehand.
