Who is Payment Assist?
Payment Assist provides interest-free finance solutions to make automotive services more affordable. They’ve been helping customers since 2013 and are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, ensuring secure and reliable payment plans.

Am I eligible for Payment Assist Finance?
To qualify, you need to:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Have a UK home address, mobile phone number, and email address

  • Own a UK-based debit card

  • Not be registered in the Insolvency Register

Will I be credit checked?
In most cases, no. Payment Assist performs a quick check to ensure your debit card has sufficient funds for the initial deposit and verifies the registered address. If a full credit check is necessary, they will ask for your permission first.

How does the 4-month payment option work?
You’ll pay a 25% deposit upfront via your debit card on the day of booking. The remaining balance is split into three equal payments, automatically deducted from your card each month.

How are my payments taken?
Payments are processed through a recurring card payment authority. If your card details change, simply contact Payment Assist to update your information.

What cards are accepted?
Only UK-based debit cards are accepted for finance plans. Prepaid or credit cards are not eligible for the 0% finance option, but credit cards can be used for direct payments.

Can I have more than one Payment Assist plan?
Yes, you can run multiple finance plans as long as the total is within the limits. Keep in mind that additional plans may require a credit check.

Can I pay off my finance early?
