Only the technician in Utopia will know where the immobiliser is hidden. We do also let Can-Phantom know so that other dealers can work on it if you have any issues while in another area.
We only share the necessary information with Can-Phantom. If another dealer needs to assist you, they must request the details directly from Can-Phantom. This ensures your security and privacy remain protected.
Installation takes approximately 4 hours.
If you have forgotten your PIN, you will have an emergency PIN on your CAN-Phantom card provided during installation. Scratch the panel next to 'emergency PIN' to reveal it. Note: If you have changed your WiFi password, it will be reset to the one on the card.

Yes, the CAN-Phantom is warranted for a period of 2 full years from the documented date of installation. In the event of failure, the product will be repaired or replaced within this period.
You can enable 'Valet Mode' to temporarily disable the immobiliser. Select the duration for Valet Mode or set a speed limit; if the car exceeds this speed, Valet Mode will deactivate.
