With dechroming, it’s usually a few hours, a bit longer than tinting. Window surrounds usually take an hour and grill surround 30 minutes. You will always get your car back same day.

Reason being; almost every ‘Night Pack’ from factory is gloss black. All new Tesla’s from 2020 onwards come with a full dechrome from standard, in satin black. -
Utopia Tints, located in Durham near Team Valley, uses top-of-the-line dry application vinyl for dechroming services. This means as soon as you drive away from our workshop, you can wash your car with confidence. With no drying or curing time needed, our vinyl application process is hassle-free and efficient. Nonetheless, we advise care when using a pressure washer. While the vinyl can withstand pressure washing, excessively powerful jets might cause the corners to lift. It's important to note that this occurrence is extremely unlikely, but we emphasize caution to ensure the longevity of your dechroming.

Yes. Dechrome can be peeled off no problem at all, often leaving no glue.
If you want to remove your dechrome, we can do that for you, just give us a call and we will help you out.

NOTICE: Please do not clean your car for 24 hours prior to a dechroming booking. This is because water will hide in the crevices and stop the vinyl from sticking.
A clean car can help. however it is not vital.Exterior:
Please ensure your exterior is relatively clean. You don’t need to bring your car absolutely immaculate, but if you have lumps of mud all over it from off-roading, we won’t be able to work on it.
